What this website collects

This website has no forms, no user accounts and no newsletter sign-up. It sets no cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking tools.

Booking a call

Every button on this site opens our booking page on Cal.com. If you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email address and any notes) and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Cal.com, Inc. acts as our data processor. Transfers to the United States are covered by the safeguards in Cal.com's data processing agreement, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Cal.com's own privacy policy also applies on its pages.

We use these details only to prepare for and hold the meeting, and to follow up on it. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and analytics

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information in short-lived server logs.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not build profiles of individual visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email

If you write to us by email, we use your message and address only to reply and keep a record of our correspondence.

How long we keep data

We keep booking and email details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for data portability. Write to info@founderscadence.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Changes

If we change how we handle data, for example when the Cadence platform launches, we will update this page and the date above.
